Important: These Terms include limitations of liability, a dispute/chargeback process, and an indemnification obligation. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase services.

1. Nature of Services (Entertainment Purposes Only)
All Lenormand readings, Tarot readings, and other divination services offered by Lumen Symbolics are provided strictly for entertainment, self-reflection, and spiritual exploration.
Readings do not guarantee outcomes, do not predict absolute futures, and should not replace your personal judgment. You remain solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on a reading.2. Not Professional Advice; Mental Health & Crisis Limitation (Global)
Lumen Symbolics does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or business advice.
Not a crisis service: If you are experiencing severe distress or thoughts of self-harm, immediately contact your local emergency services or a licensed professional.

Right to end a session: We reserve the right to end a session immediately if we believe it is unsafe or clinically inappropriate to continue.3. Eligibility; Where Prohibited
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any service. Services are not intended for use where prohibited by law. You are responsible for compliance with laws in your location.4. Booking, Payment, Currency & Taxes
Payment authorization: By paying, you authorize Lumen Symbolics to charge your payment method for the total amount due.
Authorized payment method: Purchases must be made only by the card/account holder using a payment method you are authorized to use.
Currency & exchange rates: Transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise stated. Lumen Symbolics is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank/payment provider. Any refund, if issued, will be sent to the original payment method; bank fees and exchange-rate differences may apply.
Taxes (Texas)
All prices shown at booking/checkout are final. If you are located in Texas, the listed price may include applicable Texas sales tax. Lumen Symbolics will calculate Texas sales tax on a tax-inclusive basis and remit any required tax to the State of Texas. We may request your location at booking for compliance and recordkeeping.
Customers outside Texas are generally not charged Texas sales tax; however, we may request location information for compliance and recordkeeping, and you may be responsible for any local taxes in your jurisdiction if not collected at checkout.5. Delivery, Digital Services & All Sales Final (Written/PDF Services)
5.1 Delivery timeframe
Unless otherwise stated at checkout/booking, written/PDF readings are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after purchase (timing may vary due to volume, holidays, or complexity).
5.2 Client responsibility & required information
You must provide an accurate email address and sufficient information (questions/context and any required details). If required information is missing, we may request clarification and pause the delivery timeline until you respond.
If you do not respond within 7 days of a clarification request, the order may be completed based on the information provided or marked as completed, at our discretion.
5.3 Proof of delivery (defined)
A reading is considered “delivered” once it has been:
(i) sent to the email address you provided, or
(ii) delivered via a secure delivery link, or
(iii) completed live at the scheduled session time.
If you have not received a deliverable, you must contact us within 48 hours of the stated delivery time so we can verify delivery and resend if needed. Clients are responsible for checking spam/junk folders. We generally respond to delivery/billing inquiries within 48 hours; however, response times are not guaranteed.
If you do not notify us within this 48-hour window, the reading will be deemed delivered for purposes of our delivery and dispute policies.
5.4 Included clarification (one follow-up question)
Each written/PDF reading includes one (1) brief follow-up question for clarification only, if requested within 48 hours of delivery. This does not include a new reading, rewritten report, or additional interpretations. Additional work may require a new booking or fee.
5.5 All sales final after delivery
Because services are personalized and time-based, all sales are final once delivered, except where required by law. Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction, disagreement with the reading, or unmet expectations after delivery.6. Live Sessions: Rescheduling, Late Cancellations & No-Shows
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice.
• Late cancellation / no-show: Cancellations under 12 hours, missing the session, or arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeiture of the fee (non-refundable), except where required by law.
• Technical issues: If the issue is on our side, we will reschedule at no additional cost. If the issue is on the client side (connectivity, incorrect email, failure to join), it may be treated as a no-show.7. Customer Support, Chargebacks, Disputes & Fraud Prevention
If you have any billing, booking, or delivery concern, you agree to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it in good faith.
Support request requirement: To help us locate your order quickly, your message must include (1) the email used at booking/checkout, and (2) your booking date/time or order/receipt details. If you do not provide sufficient identifying information, response/resolution timelines may be delayed.
Dispute buffer: You agree to allow at least 48 hours for us to respond before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
For services that have been delivered/used/attended, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute. If a dispute is initiated, we may provide documentation to the payment processor (booking confirmation, acceptance of these Terms, proof of delivery, timestamps, screenshots, delivery link logs, and related communications).
We reserve the right to refuse future service to individuals who engage in fraudulent disputes or abuse of policies, consistent with applicable law.8. Intellectual Property; Third-Party Deck Artwork; Photography
All original website text, branding, layouts, and original service materials are the property of Lumen Symbolics.
Third-party deck artwork and card imagery remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders and are displayed for illustrative purposes only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Website photographs are owned by Lumen Symbolics or used under license/permission where applicable and may not be copied or redistributed without written authorization.9. Recording & Public Sharing
Unauthorized audio/video/screen recording of live sessions is prohibited. Reading content is for personal, private use only and may not be published, redistributed, reposted, or monetized without prior written consent.10. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Use is at your own risk.11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone, consistent with applicable law. If we decline service before delivery, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., power outages, severe weather, internet/platform outages, natural disasters, government restrictions).13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumen Symbolics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of this website, purchase of services, or reliance on any content provided.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.14. Indemnification
